Emstrong® Pelvic Floor Restoration

Regain Confidence and Control — Without Surgery

A non-invasive pelvic floor treatment using HIFEM technology to strengthen muscles, reduce urinary incontinence, and support long-term pelvic health.

Urinary incontinence and pelvic floor weakness are more common than most people realize — and more treatable than many expect. Whether caused by childbirth, aging, hormonal changes, or other factors, these issues can quietly affect confidence, daily activity, and quality of life.

At Trim Tactics, we offer Emstrong® — a clinically proven, non-surgical treatment that strengthens the pelvic floor muscles using powerful electromagnetic stimulation. No downtime. No discomfort. Just real, lasting results.

What Happens During a Session

TREATMENT PLAN

Our protocol consists of eight 20-minute sessions, typically scheduled twice per week over four weeks. This schedule was carefully designed to deliver effective results while minimizing post-treatment soreness — particularly important for patients who may be more sensitive to muscle fatigue.

NOTE: Session length has been adjusted from the standard 28-minute protocol to 20 minutes to optimize patient comfort, especially for older patients. Treatment sessions have been extended to eight total sessions to ensure full results with this gentler approach.

Frequently Asked Questions About Emstrong® Pelvic Floor Restoration

Emstrong® is not painful. During the session, you will feel strong pelvic muscle contractions and a mild tingling or tapping sensation. These are completely normal and stop as soon as the session ends. Some patients experience temporary muscle soreness afterward, similar to how muscles feel after an intense workout. This typically resolves within hours.
Our protocol is eight sessions, typically scheduled twice per week over four weeks. The number of sessions may be adjusted based on your individual needs and response to treatment. The number of sessions varies based on your level of hair thinning, scalp health, and treatment goals. Most patients benefit from a series of treatments for optimal results, which will be customized during your consultation.
Some patients notice early improvements after just 2–3 sessions. Most see meaningful results by the end of the full treatment course. Improvements can continue for weeks to months after completing the series as your pelvic floor muscles continue to strengthen and adapt.
No. There is no downtime with Emstrong®. You can return to your normal daily activities immediately after each session.

Emstrong® is not appropriate for everyone. It is typically avoided in patients who have:

  • A pacemaker or implanted electronic device
  • Metal implants in the pelvic region
  • Active pregnancy
  • Certain neurological conditions affecting muscle control
  • Severe pelvic organ prolapse (other treatments may be more appropriate)

A thorough consultation will identify whether Emstrong® is safe and appropriate for you.

Most patients maintain results for 6–18 months following the initial treatment series. Maintenance sessions every 3–6 months are commonly recommended to preserve results over time.
Emstrong® is typically considered an elective procedure and is not covered by most insurance plans. We encourage patients to contact their provider for details. Financing options may be available — ask our team.
